Pan-Am Tang Soo Do Federation

Master George Kapterian, 4th Degree Black Belt, began practicing in the Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do in the Spring of 1990 under the instruction of Grand Master Chong Su Kim. By maintaining his training with the same instructor over the course of 18 years, Mr. Kapterian has achieved the rank of Master in the Spring of 2008. As well as teaching traditional Tang Soo Do for the past 3 years, Master Kapterian holds the position of Pan-Am Tang Soo Do Demonstration Team Manager, under the leadership of Chief Master Matthew Kim. Master Kapterian has received the Pan-Am Tang Soo Do Federation 2008 Best Instructor Award. Other awards and credits are listed below.

• Participated in the 48 hour Penn State Dance Marathon 2005. Proceeds went to the Four Diamonds foundation for pediatric cancer patients at the Hershey Medical Center.
